Haystack Dryers has launched a beach version of its hot air people dryer.
Company MD, Paul Thomas, says that offering body drying at the beach was a natural progression for their range of equipment and - since its launch at Weymouth - usage levels and interest is reported to have exceeded Haystack's expectations.
The dryer has been housed in a beach hut adjacent to the town's promenade, maintaining the theme set by the local beach management.
The company has revealed that over the next three years it plans on expanding its beach operations throughout the UK and Europe.
